Deutscher Tag is the main event of the German American Culture Center. It usually draws a large crowd, with German food, music (Blaskapelle and choirs), dancing, and a flag parade of all clubs with the national anthems.

The Detroit Swiss Society will participate with volunteers for ticket sales, and participate in the flag parade.
